The Great Horned Owl is dedicated to my father, a great bird lover. The mystery of owls and other nocturnal birds has always appealed to me. In this model I have tried to capture something of this great bird’s mythical quality by focusing on simple forms and clean lines. The auctioned model will be about 6″ tall; for transportation purposes, its presentation may differ from what is shown in the photograph.
